Resizes remotely-linked avatars so that they do not exceed the maximum height and width specified in the board's configuration. As released, phpBB2 only enforces the max dimensions on uploaded avatars, so users can use very large avatars that could disturb a board's layout when viewing topics, This mod addresses this shortcoming. The resizing is done when the user (or the admin) changes the avatar in the user profile, so there is no overhead whatsoever when viewing topics.
