This isn't really phpBB specific, but could be useful to the phpBB webmaster.
MakeChunks is a tool written in Visual Basic 6 that automatically cuts up a large .SQL dump file into 500Kb pieces.
The program has been tested and tried under Windows XP and under normal circumstances. No problems should occur.
Use is easy: start the program, select the dump file, double-click it and wait (shouldn't take long, about 3MB per second).
