Hi Guys and Gals, here is a link to my forums, they have been up and running for about a year now and I only have 70 odd members, so its still growing. I do however get a lot of guests viewing the forums and I have problems converting the guests into members, so any suggestion on how to convert them would help.

Thank you.

The first view is one of bewilderment as you have a huge 800pix wide image in the header that makes the forum almost twice the width of the screen which then requires users to scroll across as well as down the pages.
This will not help you convert guests into user's to start with.
You need to change your header logo or add a menu bar underneath it so that it does not stretch the page.
Another thing I find strange is that the portal and forum pages are different. The portal appears to be subsilverplus style and the forum itself appears to be subsilver2 so I am not sure what has happened there at all. _________________ ~HG~

Thanks for that, I am not sure how to change the the portal page from subsilver to subsilver2, I did say this is my first attempt at forums.
Also how do I change the with of the page so you dont have to scroll across?
Thank you for your useful comment's.
