Top 25 Authors: Scott Stubblefield

For the 10th anniversary celebration, I poured over years and years of contributions to name the top 25 authors in of the phpBBHacks.com era (2001-2011). As you might imagine, this was an extremely difficult task.

One of the 25 authors is Scott Stubblefield, known here in the forums as Superman.

The most highly decorated style or template author in the history of the phpBBHacks.com Awards, Scott Stubblefield's work ranks alongside the most impactful designers that the phpBB style and template community has known.

An unprecedented run, including five consecutive years on the Top 5/3 Template/Style Authors of the Year list (four times at #1 and once at #2), he was voted Template/Style Author of the Year by the community four times, while three of his templates were voted Template of the Year. They were the Xbox Template, Sith Lords Template and Wii Template.

Scott's run in the phpBBHacks.com Awards reflects exactly on what he contributed to the community through his work, which was excellent. There are a lot of people out there using his templates and styles, even long after he stopped releasing new ones. Tremendous work.
