I installed RPG Tools and got everything running alright, however, when I navigate to the character creation module in the UCP, I get:

General Error
Module not accessible.

If there is anyone that knows how to rectify this error, it would be much appreciated.

Welcome aboard, 7eventhD.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what this error means?

Thanks,

Patrick

Hello 2eventhD,

you have installed the database errorfree?
The Modules is not present, so check if all files are uploaded correctly.

From the creator himself, thank you Oxpus, I ended up having to do a fresh install on my forum due to a corruption of my database during my hosts security update. So, I will give the install another try.

A second question is if there is a way to customize the RPG stats or if I would have to rewrite (assuming that I am not breaking the terms of use to use your hack by doing so) the hack to do as I want.

Again, thank you for your response and your help.

My apologies, I noticed that there were some stats that each character can have, including strength and such (I can't remember the exact stats). However, the storyline I am developing utilizes a unique class and stat system.

The question that I am asking is that if I (or more realistically someone who knows php for I only know the extreme basics) would be allowed to alter the mod for my purposes. Furthermore, I was wondering, since you know your own mod better than anyone, if you would be willing to work with me to make the necessary customizations.

Lastly, is this hack compatible with the AutoMod mod?

Thank you again.

I've planned some more features for the tools, so they will be updated in the near future. But an exactly date I can't tell you, because I'm working on several other projects...

I don't know, but I create the installer based on the phpbb.com coding guidelines so I think it will...

Sounds good, will there be a feature request?

And thank you so much, you've been a big help.

EDIT:

After the install, I still get the "General Error: Module not Accessible"

I was wondering if there was a database edit that I may have to do.

Yes I have, to the best of my knowledge. I did notice a few errors in the installation instructions, nothing major, but just a few file name errors that didn't match up perfectly or a few upload files that were in the actual file but not in the instructions.
