A little more informations could be helpful. In fact it means, that it is missing the template file ... So I think, you use another style, where the correct template is missing. Try first to check, if this also happens with other styles (prosilver/subsilver2). If not, check the folder styles/YOUR_STYLE/template and check ie. if there's a file called memberlist_overview.html.
