newbie here needing help

hi there i have hosted a phpbb3 forum on my mates host but are after putting a portal on and can not for the life of me work out how to do it lol

any help would be greatfull

i not know what one to add or how to add it as i used to run a free host forum and it was already in place on there and now i only got the standard forum and never used it before so not know where to start
