Only one reply per topic

I have a forum with questions.
Users need to answer them.
But i want them to disallow to post a second reply.

Is there a mod that allows only one reply per topic?

Using your topic title in the search function I came across Disallow Multiple Replies to the Same Topic in less than one minute.

The MOD search function is very good on this board, check it out, in the top right corner, select phpBB2, not Forums.
