Can anyone help me with PHPbb2?

Hello, I recently installed a new template theme in the templates directory. I've read the installation post on this forum and the new theme did not show up in the ACP. I changed the setting to allow members to change themes to see if I would be able to change themes in my profile and it still did not show up. I them went back to the ACP and used "Add" in the styles control panel. I manually added a theme name, went back to my profile and changed the theme to the new theme. Now I am getting an error and cannot access the ACP.
