Mass Email with Attachments

I'm looking for a mod that allows one to send an attachment in a Mass Email. I have the Attachment Mod, and I have the Mass Email HTML TinyMCE mod, but neither actually allow sending a mass email with an attachment.

I searched the mod database here and on phbb.com, but no joy. Suggestions?

You could put an
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/downloadfolder/link.txt">Click here</a>
in the mass email to an attachment or perhaps a
<img src="your img.jpg" />
in it, if your TinyMCE mod allows suchs a thing.
