Help with a forum template

Hi All

New to this forum thing but need some helpful advice.

I got myself in a muddle with a host and now it turns out I can not transfer my forum to my new host. But I like my forum style i.e. the dark reds and blacks.

Basically I was wondering if anyone knew of any templates sort of like this or near enough. The reds and blacks go with the rest of the site I am currently having designed.

I am completely non-techy, s it's all confusing for me
