Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I was pondering how to set the check box as checked by default, but that would mess with the phpBB default settings, I think. Members should still be able to choose - but it should just be checked by default and then if they turn it off, it'll go off... rather than stay checked.

Thanks,

Patrick

The radio buttons for notifications can be found in ucp_prefs_post.html

Code:
<dt><label for="notify1">{L_DEFAULT_NOTIFY}:</label></dt>
      <dd>
         <label for="notify1"><input type="radio" name="notify" id="notify1" value="1"<!-- IF S_NOTIFY --> checked="checked"<!-- ENDIF --> /> {L_YES}</label>
         <label for="notify0"><input type="radio" name="notify" id="notify0" value="0"<!-- IF not S_NOTIFY --> checked="checked"<!-- ENDIF --> /> {L_NO}</label>
      </dd>
   </dl>

I would imagine that changing the values over will give you the desired results.

Thanks ~HG~. What would that look like? I'm just wondering how the user preference is maintained if they turn it off. I'm probably missing something. For some reason, this is confusing me.

Thanks,

Patrick
