I have done a fresh installation and facing few problems..

When admin or user try to send PM to each other and click PM icon... i don't want to quote the message and subject. In viewtopic.php, i edited the following code

Code:

'U_PM'         => ($poster_id != ANONYMOUS && $config['allow_privmsg'] && $auth->acl_get('u_sendpm') && ($user_cache[$poster_id]['allow_pm'] || $auth->acl_gets('a_', 'm_') || $auth->acl_getf_global('m_'))) ? append_sid("{$phpbb_root_path}ucp.$phpEx", 'i=pm&mode=compose&action=quotepost&p=' . $row['post_id']) : '',

to

Code:

'U_PM'         => ($poster_id != ANONYMOUS && $config['allow_privmsg'] && $auth->acl_get('u_sendpm') && ($user_cache[$poster_id]['allow_pm'] || $auth->acl_gets('a_', 'm_') || $auth->acl_getf_global('m_'))) ? append_sid("{$phpbb_root_path}ucp.$phpEx", 'i=pm&mode=compose&u=' . $row['post_id']) : '',

now when click on the PM icon, in place of "To" field any "Bot" name is listed and not username. But the text is not quoted which i also don't like to quote. So, how to fix this.

I also like to remove X, Add, Find a member text and textbox from PM area.

Does anyone have any thoughts on making this happen?

Thanks,

Patrick
