Having trouble adding more styles/templates - Please help!

I have uploaded the new templates to my server using ascII for all files not graphical and all other graphics with binary.

In admin I choose add new style and it shows up but has none of the parameters installed. The page looks blank except for the style name.

Can anyone help?
