A new forum that looks like it's development is coming along nicely.

The only thing I am critical of is the background image you are using.

The color and the sloping stripes do not seem to fit in with the theme so may I sggest you change that and what I see as a background is something more towards the same blue used in the forum itself with maybe chains appearing on it rather than stripes and that would then fit in with the site name of CodeChains.

Keep working on it and post here again when you have updated it so we can take a further review for you.

Welcome aboard, xavier1988. Glad to have you.

You have made some nice customizations. I would finish this off by adjusting the background color in the table cells and replacing any remnant icons like the new topic button, etc. You have done a nice job on many details, so basically, I would say to finish off the other details.
