There are a number of phpBB3 running with Rabbitoshi and other RPG's and arcades.
I am just not sure who is making the mods for it but maybe a google search will bring up the answer for you.

yeah i had this mod with phpbb2 boards forever and had added a lot of different animals to it and found animated.gifs for every animal listed and was like having a little zoo.
would be nice to get it back
