Hello and welcome.

It's pretty much the default look for the style, so it's hard to say a lot. It's a nice style. I'd like to see it customized a bit so that you could brand the site as your own, which can help people to remember you and come back.

I think that, perhaps, you could go with a few less forums and condense them down a bit, in order to better showcase activity until you grow.
