Thanks for the link and no you are not using a default template and the template name is not visible so we now need to locate the template to ensure that any changes made to it can be detected before we can go ahead and make the changes you want.

It is by the way, based on Prosilver theme so if you can let us know where the template came from (a download link would be handy) we can then look into it for you.

I talked to the guy who installed it and he said that none of the PHP was modified, just the CSS and HTML. I don't know if that affects the code, but is it possible to move forward without knowing?

I just clicked the link to your site and cant access it so I cant determine what base style you are using at all.

The guy that installed it must have also installed at least one other style other than the 2 that ships with phpBB3 for it to appear completely different to the default styles.
