designing my own template

not sure if this is the right section but if its not, just move it

I was wondering if theres a blank template I could download and edit myself with photoshop. or if I downloaded one from here, would I be able to edit it?

you can edit any one you like.
however, you don't do it with photoshop.
photoshop is a graphics edtior, not a web page creator.

anyway,

the templates/styles are simply html with php variables in them.

they use html and css to create the page layout .

edit: and eye mean, eye'm making a layout from scratch usine photobucket and eye'm don't know how to code it when eye finish

Follow the code from another template and base your work on it.
