I like the site, the theme looks good.
I have two problems, and this is something I'm just confused about and trying to find answers to myself
A: The forums front page is too cluttered, although I do like the idea of the sidebars. It's an idea I have been experimenting with for years, and it's finding the right balance. As you don't want too much on the front page and then be disapointed when.
B: The viewforum page is just empty, it misses all that other navigation.
I do like a lot of the site though, and the dropdown headers are a really good idea. |

It is quite obvious you know exactly what you are trying to achieve and to make it successful from hereon, is up to you and the members.
I see you have 174 registered users and the most number of users online was 173 so what ever you are doing is getting their attention.
As for changes/additions etc etc, you need to keep your members informed of what you would like to add/see and ask them if they would like the same. Keeping your members informed (and part of the updating) is one of the best ways to keep them coming back.
Good luck! _________________ ~HG~
