You have many many forums which makes the index page long which will mean in the end, where user's have to scroll so far, the bottom forums will not get a lot of use.

If you need to have all the forums then I suggest you go for sub forums by adding one of the sub forum hacks available.

I am not sure that they would work with the Avatar on Index mod though but in my opinion, avatars on the index are uneccessary and simply clutter the page which you really need to be simple and inviting rather than complicated and imposing.

Having said that though, at the end of the day, it is your Registered User's who will determine the direction you take in that regard.

Well I change the template now, and I think is better to read etc etc

Made alot of changes including upgraded to phpbb3 etc.
Txt now is more easier to read alot of other things to.

Right:

A: One site theme, one forum theme: Try and make them the same.
B: WA Too many forums
C: Front page looks all over the place. Too much to see, and a smilie distracts my attention and makes me think "Lack of professionalism".
D:The Logo needs some work. Photoshop is your friend.

Apart from that, not bad....
