The template is called TzHaar_Red which sort of tells me that it is a one off designed for that site.

You might be able to get hold of it by contacting the site administrator.

Sorry to say you are probably out of luck then. phpBB designs can be unique to individual sites and often are. But, that doesn't mean you can't find one that is similar or one that you can customize.

For example, these aren't similar in formatting, but they are both red:

Maybe one of them is in line with what you are looking for? If you provide some more details as far as what you might want in a template, maybe someone would be able to make some additional recommendations.
