Today I will report my new php script, a phpBB 3 hosting Script 
Description: With this script, visitors can order a phpBB3 forum over a form, this forums will then be created by the php script. All forums use one phpBB installation, except the config / cache etc. these are created for each forum. Each forum has own tables, when you create several databases for those tables, the forums are splitted in the databases. The forums are always installed in the database which currently containing the fewest forums. The script also needs a couple of tables. To use the script, the server must have wildcard subdomains.
Currently there is no english version, but if any wants to translate it from german to english you are welcome

** Installation **
* Copy the script in the document-root
* Create a Wilcard-Subdomain over Confixx, Plesk or directly in the apache server
* Go to the script domain
* then follow the installation
* Delete the folder install
* set config.php CHMOD to 644
* go in the ACP under /admin/ and configure the script
* Ready

From what I am reading here this script would allow people to install a phpBB3 forum directly from any site rather than downloading a theme and then adding it via ftp... is this correct?

Yes, Patrick is right, it's one phpbb installation for more than one forum.

I've upgrade to a new version 1.0.0
~New template-system and cache
~fix bugs
Any one here who want to check the security of it or who want to translate it?
