phpbb style graphical editor

I'm looking for a graphical style editor (kinna like artisteer) or something similar where I can create my own styles for phpbb3 or even my own "forums"

while I can do CSS and I know a little bit about PHP (yay school intro classes) I'm just looking for an editor that can help me out.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I don't know of a service like this that exists right now. ColorizeIt ( http://www.colorizeit.com ) will allow you to change the color scheme of a design, but that is the closest, I would say.
