phpBB 3.0.9 has been released. According to Nils Adermann, the release brings numerous bug fixes and introduces some minor new features.
Those features include two new caching backends (WinCache for Windows servers and a Redis backend) and the ability to limit the number of CAPTCHA free login attempts by IP address.
As with every new release, you are encouraged to update as soon as possible.
