Page resizing error..

I am using Black Pearl, phpbb v3.0.4

Recently it has been noticed that the index page is the CORRECT size as in the template. Yet when you go to read a post or other pages, they expand the frame of the template. This use to not do this, but now it does. Nothing has been changed or messed with. I tried deleteing the cache files off the ftp site and that didn't help. There has nothing else been changed, just one day it started doing this. Any ideas????

Does anyone have any thoughts on why this be? I noticed the wider margins in viewing the site myself.
