No redirect after posting

For some reason, I can't get auto redirect after posting, editing ect even in pm. Could someone please help me where do I have to look at and which file?

All I can see is below and I have to click on it to go to another page:

Make sure {META} is in your overall_header.tpl. It should be near the top.
