Hello everyone.

I don't know many mods for phpBB3, so I'm posting to ask you guys some information.

I have the latest version of phpBB3 (3.0.6), at this moment, I don't have any MODs installed.

I would like to ask what MODs you consider the best for me to install.

I'm looking for:
A Chat, a Cash System, one RPG MOD, one Statistics MOD, some MODs related with games, like Arcade, Rabbitoshi and such.
One Karma MOD, and a Need to post in order to view links in topic would be good too.
In that areas, what MODs you consider the best at the moment?

And if you know some other useful and fine MODs, I'll apreciatte your advice.

Thanks in advance.

You can search the mods available for download here at phpbbhacks.com since you will find what you are looking for

Thanks for your reply.
I downloaded some MODs there, but I don't know who are the best for each situation.

I think it really depends on what exactly you want to accomplish with each of the mods. For me personally, I don't use any of the chat mods created as phpbb mods. I use X7 Chat and integrate it with my forum. That's what works best for me and for the uses my forum utilizes the chat for. It's possible that one of the chat mods created specifically as a phpbb mod will work best for you and your communities needs/desires in a chat system.

I've never used a Cash system mod so I'm afraid I'm no help to you there with any suggestions. I don't think at this time that there is an RPG mod for phpbb3 (at least one that I'm aware of). I know someone was working on one, but I don't know if they still are or if the mod's been abandoned. You can try checking at phpbb.com/community though.

I was using the Forum Stats mod, which I downloaded from the above named community. That seemed to work pretty well for me. You may also find the rest of what you're looking for there, too, but I think I had seen arcade ones and at least the karma mod here at phpbbhacks in their hack/download section. I am pretty sure you can get the Rabbitoshi one from phpbb.com/community I've never used that or any of the games so I can't really give you any suggestions for those. Sorry.

But, I hope I've been able to help you out at least a little bit

I'm sure it is helpful, Syren.

I understand that you are looking for some personal recommendations, Satik, from other members here about the hacks they use for the features you need. Hopefully some other members will chime in with their choices like Syren did.

Thanks,

Patrick
