Need help: Searching for a special hack - Paying for solutio

Hello,

I need a simply hack, but could not find it searching several hours in the internet.

The hack should make it to reduce the number of categories of a forum shown on the first site. After a number is set and a forum contains more categories there should automatically be generated a second page where all those other categories higher number than the set one are shown.

Does something exist anywhere so far?

If someone could develope this I would pay him for the solution, cause it would be for my company.
