need help: NO "New Topic" button

Hi, I download this phpbb style,
http://www.phpbbhacks.com/stylesdemo/in ... ?style=152

but when I installed, there's no "New Topic" button.
what should i do?

Hi,

is there a "en" folder in the imageset folder ? If not, rename the Fr folder in 'en', that's all
