Looking for a chatbox for we_universal theme

So i'm looking for a chatbox that would fit in this theme.
My site is

and i would like to implement a chatbox there.
My question is, do i need one specificly made for that theme/style (we_universal) or does one work for all themes?
And if so, how do I implement this into the site?

Hey Dude36,

You will likely be able to use any phpBB 3 compatible chatbox regardless of the style that you are using. If you are having trouble installing a particular one, please let us know what one and what code, etc.

I use Envolve.

You have to register, get their API and it's only free for 25 users at once. After that you have to pay. I believe (although I do not remember exactly) that you must have a Facebook account, but I'm not sure on that. You can set it so that guests never see it if you like.

Does anyone know how to make envolve work for a subsilver2 theme?

I got it to install and it works perfectly on my test site, but it wont show up on the subsilver2 theme which is the style on my main site. Some help would be greatly appreciated with this.

Hey Eferhilda,

The things that the Envolve hack had you upload to the prosilver folder and the changes that it made it to prosilver style - those same things will need to be done for the subsilver2 style.

It looks like there is one change applied to overall_header.html (prosilver), you should apply that code to your subsilver2 overall_header.html - you may need to make some small changes to it, but we might be able to help.

You should also upload the phpbb_not_done.png file to the /subsilver2/theme/images/ folder.
