In PHPBB3 how do you get certain groups to see certain items

In one of the pages, users can only see certain things if they are a user and logged in, as the code under the page is <!-- IF S_USER_LOGGED_IN -->, but, people in two new groups just created can't see these items? Any ideas please?

S_USER_LOGGED_IN has nothing to do with groups at all. Maybe there's another similar flag being checked. What is it the new groups can't see? If it's forums or anything like that, check the groups' permissions.
