Importal left blocks width/strength problem

hi ,i have a problem about my left blocks .Like ''recent topics block'' .i have use 1.2 IMportal .When my users posted a message and it included (-)]- ..etc characters and also very long name ,my left blocks seemed like enlarge /stretch to right side of my forum

Look at the picture ,it will be more helpfull for my problem .How could i solve this problem .if necessary i could send my overall_header,viewtopic_body.tpl ..etc files .



p.s:İ have told about my problem at the integramod main site .But nobody has answered yet .
