How do you which hack goes to which directory?

I'll throw an example up, the "Prime Anti-Robot" hack..

which directory would that Mod/Hack go into?

Thanks for the question and welcome.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by directory? Hacks are generally code changes that you make to files you already have and/or then sometimes you upload other files where it tells you to.
