Different number of posts per page for guests and members.

Hi,

I would like to be able to show a different number of posts per page to guests than to logged in users.

I did search the hacks database but wasn´t able to find a hack that does this.

Is this difficult to achieve, can anyone point me in the right direction?

For what purpose would you want this?

Thanks, I want this to be able to show a different number of posts per page in topics to guests and logged in users.

Because I show adsense ads to guests only I have set the posts per page to a low number, increasing the amount of ads shown in an attempt to raise CTR.

I want to make things comfortable for logged in users so a higher amount of posts per page is better for them.

I forgot to update this posts because I already found a solution.

right after the session management in viewtopic.php and viewforum.php and search.php works fine.

No, i misunderstood your question.
My code counts up the postcount for each forum on the index page.

I figured you misunderstood my request, or maybe I just wasn´t clear enough.

Spain is falling to pieces, the economic is getting worse, I foresee a disaster, like in Greece.

But I'm doing relatively well, my business seems to go well, for the moment.

I see you still keep in touch with phpBB2 which is good to see.
