Hello and thank you for this recognition! Info-Mac has a long and storied history which I really should document online somewhere.

We converted to phpBB in 2007 and it has been a great success. phpBB is remarkably flexible. The code is easy to understand and modify to suit our needs.

I've also packaged one of my phpBB modifications which I call TULIP - Tiny User Locator by IP. It translates the recorded IP address for every member upon registration into a country code and name. You can find it here: http://www.nasolab.com/freebies/index.html but I suspect I aught to make a mention of it somewhere at this community? You can also see it in action at Info-Mac (it generates all the country flags).
