Cash/Money Mod

Again i've seen this in some forums so i'm quite sure it exists. I need a mod where people can get "forum money/cash" and it shows underneath their picture (or somewhere near there) on every post and they can only get rewarded the money/cash by admins/moderators and they can buy forum things like custom ranks and so on. Thanks.
