i ' im searching from about 3 monthes for and advertisment hack such that in this Forum , plz can any one help me to find it, or have it , or can do it for us ??

This looks more like some JavaScript than it does a hack, etc. The site you linked to is run on Invision Power Board, which is a different type of software.
