Board 3 Help

I would like some help with board 3 I got everything installed 100% and customized 90% to my likings. But now I am trying to move the user menu that board 3 has and I can not seem to figure out how to. I wan't to place it in my overall header if possible. Can someone please help and thanks.

What do you mean by user menu?

Where it shows the user options and avatars on the board 3 portal module. I was wondering if theres anyway to add that to the overall header.
