Ajax chat

Hi, I am running forum (...forumotion.com), subsilver PHPBB 2 and I want to know if it's possible to add ajax chat to my forum. If is possible, how can I do that, because this chatbox which goes with forum, don't satisfies me and I need something better, thanks.

P.S. This is too complicated for me, hope for little help

Hello and welcome, precious.

Generally, with a free forum like Forumotion, you are limited to what they provide you as far as hacks. It looks like they provide some sort of chat box, but it is unclear if it is AJAX or not.

According this part of Forumotion's FAQs, you cannot install a hack directly.
