Administration Control Panel Problem Blank Page

I Updated to the latest version 3.0.10 from version 3.0.9. Everything works fine on the forum, no other problems except one, and the updates went well. How ever, when I go to the ACP, click maintenance, go to the database section, and click on backup, I get a white blank page.

If I click on restore, That page shows fine, and shows backups.
Also, if I click Search index, that also shows up fine.

What can be missing ? All other functions of the forum work fine. And I have found nothing else wrong. Just that one backup page is blank. And, I show no errors.

It might be a problem with the includes/functions_install.php file. That file is used on the backup page and almost nowhere else. Try reuploading it.

Thank you Thoul, just tried that, and no change. Has me stumped.

Thoul, I found it. I uploaded the db_tools.php, and that corrected it. Thanks for helping me.
