Adjust Memberlist.php to display inactive users, with delete

Hello!

I'd like to create a new page that will display all *inactive* users -- meaning, users who have registered for the site but who haven't yet been approved by the admin.

I'd like to display the user's email address alongside their username.

I'd also like to have a delete option -- specifically, a checkbox alongside each row.

Does a mod like this already exist?

Yes, this is a default feature of phpBB 3's admin panel. It doesn't display the e-mail address in the list, but has a handy link to the user management page for that.
