Adding a side bar for sponser support

Hi, I posted earlier in the wrong forum

I guess because I got no response

I'm new to phpbb3

I have phpbb3- 3.0.7-PL1

My style is based on prosilver
But my Default style is rainbow_pearl

Question: How do I add a SideBar for advertising ?

What I am seeking is this on the left side "links" to advertisers

http://www.digitalcorvettes.com/forums/index.php

I want my links to advertisers to be on the "right side of the page"

Verse's the left on this site

If you can Help me I would truely appreciate it

Remember I wish to have my links on the "Right hand side"
