ACP Forum problem

Having problems don't think its because of the mod i installed but did not have the problem before so it might be

I installed 'alphaportal' and i got an error at the end of it don't know what it is then i did what all website makers do and said '************' and skipped the error and did not read it. The portal works 100% no problems. but

I go to ->ACP->Manage forums->*

Add a Category called 'Official' and make a forum in the Category called 'Official News' and it does not save the forum in the category it pops it to the main page were the category is and does not allow me to add forums into the category does any one know what the problem is..

It sounds to me as though you have not set permissions for the category or the forum which you will need to do in order to see them.

I added the forum into the cat by clicking on the cat and hitting add forum.. It move the forum out of the cat.

Problem Fixed with a wipe of phpbb3 and full reinstall
