phpBB's usergroup area uses a set of drop down selection lists to display the groups available on a forum. While this doesn't take much screen space, it is not very consistent with the look of the rest of a forums. It is quite a difference.

Enhanced Group List replaces the default display of the selection lists with a new type of display based on the design of the forum index. Groups are listed like forums, with categories for current or pending memberships and non member groups.
