This hack will make it so that users must enter their name and address into their profile.
Current members will have to add the information if they wish to change anything in their own profile. It adds the following fields:
- Given Name
- Surname
- Street and Number
- City
- Zip
- Telephone Number
- Cellphone Number
- VoIP Number
