This hack allows you to block access to specific forums until users have viewed and agreed to a specific confirmation topic. They must click the agree button on the topic to gain access to the forum. Every user who agrees is displayed on the topic. The topic does not appear in topic lists and is not searchable. Administrators and moderators do not have to confirm the topic.
