This will let you add any form of Cascading Style Sheet effects to ranks that you wish. The CSS effects will appear in topics and user profiles. It can be used to add a glow effect, a shadow effect, a different color or whatever you want. Several example effects are provided. It also uses completely valid HTML, so you don't have to worry about the styles you apply not working in all browsers as long as the CSS styles you choose are supported.
