This quick reply hack allows you to customize several different options. Features include:

- Show/don't show the quick reply box
- Show/don't show smilies in the quick reply box
- Show/don't show a line of BBCode buttons in the quick reply box
- Follow overall and user by user settings for the options above
- Administrators can set which forum(s) show the quick reply box by default and which ones don't
