This hack gives users the ability to give each other karma points. Both positive and negative points can be given. Other features:

- Manage point display
- Hour based waiting period
- Require a certain number of posts before being allowed to give karma points
- Allow admins to give points all the time, regardless of previously set limitations
- Configurable through the admin panel.
